Content Contest - How to Enter:
Content Contest Winner Selection:
Three (3) winners will be determined by a judging panel composed of Sponsor team members, using the criteria below. Entries to the PFL Content Contest (“Contest”) will be evaluated solely on the basis of skill, using a set of clearly defined judging criteria. A panel of qualified judges - selected by the Sponsor and composed of members of the Company’s marketing, product, and/or community team(s) - will review each eligible submission. Winners will not be selected randomly; rather, the top three submissions will be chosen based on the combined scores from the following factors:
1. Creativity and Originality (40%). This criterion assesses how unique and imaginative the entry is. Judges will look for content that stands out from typical promotional posts, demonstrates inventive thinking, and showcases the creator’s ability to present Arkham Exchange in an unexpected or particularly compelling way.
2. Brand Integration (30%). Entries will be evaluated on how effectively they incorporate and represent Arkham Exchange. Judges will consider whether the content communicates the platform’s features, purpose, or benefits in a meaningful and accurate manner, and whether it aligns with Arkham’s overall brand voice and ethos.
3. Visual Appeal and Execution (20%). This includes the technical quality and aesthetic impact of the submission. Judges will consider factors such as clarity, composition, visual balance, and overall production value. Well-executed entries that are easy to understand and professionally presented will score more highly.
4. Engagement Potential (10%). Although likes or shares will not determine the winners, judges will consider whether the content is likely to engage its intended audience. This includes evaluating the tone, storytelling, and potential for viewer interest based on the substance and format of the entry. The three entries with the highest composite scores across these criteria will be selected as winners. In the event of a tie, the judges will confer and make a final determination based on creativity and brand alignment. All decisions by the judging panel are final and binding.
Winners will be announced within 30 days of the end of the Campaign Period. Entries that are plagiarized, AI-generated, or fail to comply with all applicable content rules and/or terms of service of the social media platform(s) on which they are posted, will be disqualified.
Content Contest - Content Rules:
Limit of one entry per person. ALL Submissions: MUST be the Entrant’s original idea (modification of an original work is not an original idea). Submissions MUST NOT copy or otherwise plagiarize from any source. MUST NOT contain material which is (or promote activities which are) in Sponsor’s sole discretion, hateful, slanderous, libelous, tortious, sexually explicit, obscene, pornographic, inappropriate, violent, self-mutilating (e.g., relating to murder, the sales of weapons, cruelty, abuse, etc.), discriminatory (based on race, sex, religion, natural origin, physical disability, sexual orientation or age), illegal (e.g., underage drinking, substance abuse, computer hacking, etc.), offensive, threatening, profane, or harassing; or contain material that is threatening to any person, place, business, group or world peace; or contain words or symbols that are widely considered offensive to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or socioeconomic group; or contain images, words or text portraying nudity, acts of violence, or acts that are or appear to be unlawful or dangerous or in violation of, or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state where the Entry is created in their application. Submissions MUST NOT contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to material that violates privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement. Without limiting the foregoing, entry submissions must not include third-party trademarks, logos, insignia, location signage, photographs, artwork, or sculptures, except those of Sponsor. Submissions MUST NOT include mention or performance of any copyrighted media production including but not limited to books, articles, photographs, artwork, music, etc., or identifying descriptions of any media property. Submissions MUST NOT include commercial music. Submissions MUST NOT include third parties, including but not limited to minors, celebrities and friends, who have not expressly authorized Entrant to display their image or likeness in any submitted application or otherwise use such images or likenesses in accordance with these Official Rules. Entrants must be prepared to provide signed third party authorizations upon request. By entering, each entrant warrants and represents that his/her entry is original, has not been previously published or won any award, does not contain any material that would defame or otherwise violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including patents, copyrights, trademarks or rights of privacy or publicity, and will not violate any federal, state or local laws or ordinances. Entrants further warrant and represent that they have secured the requisite consent from any third party referenced in their entries. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and unfettered discretion to disqualify any entry that it believes contains obscene, offensive or inappropriate content, that does not comply with these Official Rules or that is not consistent with the spirit or theme of the Contest. By participating in this Contest, entrant acknowledges and agrees that he or she will clearly and conspicuously disclose that he or she is participating in this Contest in any online social sharing interaction that references the Contest or is used to obtain entries in connection with this Contest. At a minimum, the hashtag #ArkhamContest or some other hashtag or disclosure that identifies the post as associated with the Contest entry should be included in all social media communications sent pursuant to the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who does not adequately disclose his or her participation in this Contest while engaging in any online social sharing interaction during the Campaign Period. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the permitted number of entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, addresses or any other method will void all of that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Normal internet, phone and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service may apply. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user’s computer equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant or participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization (which may include an employer) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win.
Content Contest Prizes and Restrictions:
Each winner of the PFL Content Contest will receive a reward package consisting of two tickets to a designated Professional Fighters League (PFL) event, round-trip airfare for the winner and one guest from a major commercial airport near the winner’s residence to the city in which the event is held, and a hotel voucher for a two-night stay in a standard room at a hotel selected by the Sponsor. All travel must be arranged through the Sponsor or its designated travel agency, and travel dates and details are subject to availability and to the event schedule. The winner and their guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Any changes to reservations after confirmation are the sole responsibility of the winner. This reward does not include ground transportation, meals, beverages, personal expenses, gratuities, incidentals, travel insurance, baggage fees, or any other costs not explicitly stated as part of the reward. The winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining any required travel documentation, including identification, passports, or visas, and for complying with all airline, venue, and governmental travel and safety policies. The Sponsor is not responsible for any changes in the event schedule or travel itinerary, including but not limited to event cancellations, delays, postponements, or reschedulings, whether due to force majeure or otherwise. In the event the scheduled PFL event is canceled or becomes unavailable for any reason beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute an alternative reward of equal or greater value, including but not limited to a cash equivalent.
The reward is non-transferable, may not be substituted for cash, and is not assignable, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. By accepting the reward, the winner and their guest agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all liability, claims, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the contest or the awarding, receipt, possession, travel, attendance, or use or misuse of any reward. Sponsor is not responsible for any act or omission by third-party providers, including travel agents, airlines, or event venues.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the acceptance and use of the reward. The Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 or similar tax reporting document to the winner for the approximate retail value of the reward, as required by law. As a condition of receiving the reward, the winner may be required to complete and return a declaration of eligibility, a liability waiver, and a publicity release allowing the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, voice, image, statements, and any submitted content for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
For Activities 2 and 3 (Referral Challenge only, not applicable to PFL Content Contest): To enter without creating an account, making a trade, or referring new users, U.S. residents may send a handwritten, self-addressed, stamped envelope with a 3x5 card containing the following information: full name; residential address; email address; phone number; date of birth; and the words "Green Spring Campaign Entry - [Activity 2 or Activity 3]" (specify which activity, and only specify one activity per AMOE).
Mail to: Arkham Intelligence, Inc., 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958.
Limit of one (1) AMOE entry per person for Activity 2. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person per day for Activity 3. For purposes of reward eligibility and calculation, each AMOE entry for Activity 3 will be treated as the equivalent of referring one Eligible New User. Entries must be postmarked during the Campaign Period and received within 14 days after the end of the Campaign Period. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, or misdirected mail. Postage is the responsibility of the entrant. No AMOE is available for the PFL Content Contest portion of Activity 3. Mail-in entries must be legibly handwritten and include all required information. Illegible, incomplete, mechanically reproduced, or postage-due entries will not be accepted. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, stolen, or undeliverable entries, or for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operations or transmission. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
For winning participants with an Arkham Exchange account (“Account”), USDT-valued rewards will be credited to their Account within 30 days of the end of the Campaign Period. For all winning participants eligible to trade Perpetuals on the Arkham Exchange, rewards will be issued in the form of Margin Bonus Vouchers which can be used to open Perpetuals positions on the Arkham Exchange and are usable for PNL, funding fees, and trading fees. Winning participants not eligible for Perpetuals trading are eligible to receive the USDT equivalent instead of a Margin Bonus Voucher. Any account suspected of manipulation, botting or abuse will be disqualified and ineligible to receive any reward.
POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE CAMPAIGN. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.
Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of reward not specifically stated herein are the responsibility solely of winner. Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred or redeemed for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent reward substitutions at their discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen rewards. Only the number of rewards stated in these Official Rules is available to be won in the Campaign. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of the reward delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or those outside of their control.

Proof of sending or submission of entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants, errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Campaign; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Campaign; (4) technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Campaign or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant's participation in the Campaign or receipt or use or misuse of any reward. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Campaign, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Campaign, as determined by Sponsor. If, for any reason, the Campaign cannot be run as planned, Sponsor may disqualify any suspect entries and (a) suspend the Campaign and modify the Campaign to address the impairment, then resume the Campaign in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and/or (b) terminate the Campaign and award the reward at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY AS IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS.
This Dispute Resolution by Binding Arbitration section is referred to in these Official Rules as the "Arbitration Agreement." You agree that any and all disputes or claims that have arisen or may arise between you and Sponsor, whether arising out of or relating to these Official Rules (including any alleged breach thereof), the Campaign, or any aspect of the relationship or transactions between us, will be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than a court, in accordance with the terms of this Arbitration Agreement, except that you may assert individual claims in small claims court, if your claims qualify. Further, this Arbitration Agreement does not preclude you from bringing issues to the attention of federal, state, or local agencies, and such agencies can, if the law allows, seek relief against us on your behalf. You agree that, by entering into this Campaign and agreeing to the Official Rules, you and Sponsor are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action. Your rights will be determined by a neutral arbitrator, not a judge or jury. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this Arbitration Agreement.
YOU AND SPONSOR AGREE THAT EACH OF US MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING. UNLESS BOTH YOU AND SPONSOR AGREE OTHERWISE, THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE OR JOIN MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S OR PARTY'S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF A CONSOLIDATED, REPRESENTATIVE, OR CLASS PROCEEDING. ALSO, THE ARBITRATOR MAY AWARD RELIEF (INCLUDING MONETARY, INJUNCTIVE, AND DECLARATORY RELIEF) ONLY IN FAVOR OF THE INDIVIDUAL PARTY SEEKING RELIEF AND ONLY TO THE EXTENT NECESSARY TO PROVIDE RELIEF NECESSITATED BY THAT PARTY'S INDIVIDUAL CLAIM(S), EXCEPT THAT YOU MAY PURSUE A CLAIM FOR AND THE ARBITRATOR MAY AWARD PUBLIC INJUNCTIVE RELIEF UNDER APPLICABLE LAW TO THE EXTENT REQUIRED FOR THE ENFORCEABILITY OF THIS PROVISION.
Sponsor is always interested in resolving disputes amicably and efficiently, and most customer concerns can be resolved quickly and to the customer's satisfaction by emailing customer support at [email protected]. If such efforts prove unsuccessful, a party who intends to seek arbitration must first send to the other, by certified mail, a written Notice of Dispute ("Notice"). The Notice to Sponsor should be sent to 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958 ("Notice Address"). The Notice must (i) describe the nature and basis of the claim or dispute and (ii) set forth the specific relief sought. If Sponsor and you do not resolve the claim within sixty (60) calendar days after the Notice is received, you or Sponsor may commence an arbitration proceeding. During the arbitration, the amount of any settlement offer made by Sponsor or you will not be disclosed to the arbitrator until after the arbitrator determines the amount, if any, to which you or Sponsor is entitled.
Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's ("AAA") rules and procedures, including the AAA's Consumer Arbitration Rules (collectively, the "AAA Rules"), as modified by this Arbitration Agreement. For information on the AAA, please visit its website, https://www.adr.org. Information about the AAA Rules and fees for consumer disputes can be found at the AAA's consumer arbitration page, https://www.adr.org/consumer.
If any term or provision or these Official Rules is found under the law to be invalid or unenforceable, then such specific term or provision shall be of no force and effect and shall be severed, and the remainder of these Official Rules shall continue in full force and effect.
Information collected from Entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://info.arkm.com/privacy-policy.
