1 Referral Rebate: Referral link users receive a $50 rebate to use against trading fees for the first 30 days of their account being open. Users referred to the Arkham Intelligence Platform that are also elgible for the Arkham Exchange count as Exchange referrals with account opening. This includes past Intelligence Platform referrals.

2 Applicability: All Arkham users earn commissions for referrals. Users start receiving commissions for referrals as soon as they complete KYC/KYB for trading on the Arkham Exchange.

3 Primary and Sub Accounts: Only primary accounts count as referrals. Sub accounts cannot be referred.

4 Referral Link: Each user can generate their own unique referral link via their User Dashboard

5 Timing: Commissions are calculated on an hourly basis.

6 Duration: Commissions on a referral are capped at 2 years from account opening.

7 Claiming Commissions: To claim a commission you must be a registered user of the Arkham Exchange with current, valid KYC information and must agree to and be in full compliance with all of Arkham Exchange's Terms of Service.
