1 Applicability: All Arkham users earn commissions for referrals. Users start receiving commissions for referrals as soon as they complete KYC/KYB for trading on the Arkham Exchange.

2 Primary and Sub Accounts: Only primary accounts count as referrals. Sub accounts cannot be referred.

3 Referral Link: Each user can generate their own unique referral link via their User Dashboard

4 Timing: Commissions are calculated on an hourly basis.

5 Duration: Commissions on a referral are capped at 2 years from account opening.

6 Claiming Commissions: To claim a commission you must be a registered user of the Arkham Exchange with current, valid KYC information and must agree to and be in full compliance with all of Arkham Exchange's Terms of Service.
