1 Referral Rebate: Referral link users receive a $50 rebate to use against trading fees for the first 30 days of their account being open. Users referred to the Arkham Intelligence Platform that are also elgible for the Arkham Exchange count as Exchange referrals with account opening. This includes past Intelligence Platform referrals.

2 Applicability: All Arkham Exchange users earn commissions for referrals.

3 Primary and Sub Accounts: Only primary accounts count as referrals. Sub accounts cannot be referred.

4 Tracking: Each user can generate their own unique referral link and track accumulated commissions via their User Dashboard.

5 Timing: Commissions are calculated and paid out on a monthly basis.

6 Duration: For each referral commissions are capped at 2 years from account opening.
